Living environment analysis
In the living environment (housing, work, social environment, environmental influences, medication ...) we find the influencing factors and causes for the symptoms and effects. These factors usually act on different levels such as the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
During a detailed conversation we consider with you:
- Lifestyle and leisure
- Dietary habits and consumption of stimulants
- Taking medicines
- Possible stresses in the workplace (e.g. stress)
- Social environment such as family
- Psychosomatic factors
- Living environment (optional: building biology examination by a building biologist)
Diagnostics
After the living environment analysis, we check corresponding parameters by means of dark field microscopy and spectrophotometry. Further external laboratory examinations can be consulted. This includes the analysis of the intestinal flora, the so-called "G-NIOM/check". Your microbiome profile is generated by high-throughput sequencing of the intestinal bacterial DNA.
The composition of the intestinal bacteria influences the immune system, the metabolism, also the body weight and even the emotions, the "gut feeling". Signs of a disturbed intestinal flora are, in addition to flatulence, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, etc., also food intolerances, allergies, skin diseases, recurrent infections, fungal infections, migraines or chronic fatigue.
